Does anyone know how I can change different food values for my Mod character?

The food in question is the blue, green and red mushroom and their cooked forms since I wanna make my character based around that type of stuff. I tried to do this with the help of already existing forum posts regarding this question, but it didn't work for me for some reason. Nonetheless I would really appreciate it if somebody knows how to code this. Thanks!
