I think we have a similar problem when we fight a boss with our friends wearing new Planar gear - in the chaos of battles it is easy to make a mistake and thus lose control over what we are doing, so I think skins would be a good solution. Price of 75 spools would be good for a few basic changes - such as recoloring - and let's assume that everyone who reached endgame could afford something like that.
