Clairvoire Posted July 24, 2024 Share Posted July 24, 2024 Would it be possible to drop the "no cots" rule for a luxury barracks, maybe replacing it with a "has backwall tiles" rule instead? Rationale! The new cot blueprints are really cozy looking! But replacing them with the Ladder Bed doubles the morale bonus, so it's hard to keep them... The cost of the Ladder Bed gets you a ladder, I feel like this alone can justify their refined metal cost; they don't need a room bonus attached to them too. Comfy Beds look really odd outside of a private bedroom, since they'll usually be placed really close together The new cots are REALLY cozy looking... The new Ladder Beds have no business being in "luxury" barracks. So instead of "no cots" the rule should now be "no sleeping furniture except comfy beds" (technically, that is. The wording might leave room for improvement).
