Transporting Pips in the cold is a problem

If you transport Pips through an area below -30C, they lose health fast. Now, I am all on-board with the need to make the area where you use them warm enough, but having to select a fast dupe to even get them there alive (and back) is decidedly overdoing things. I suggest that Pips be changed to either only take cold damage after, say, 60 in-game seconds, or to actually regenerate health.
