Best way to farm a ton of Moon Moth Wings?

Trying to fill the planet with Saladmanders and need Moon Moth wings for the Halloween Experiment to turn Dragonfruit into Saladmanders. So what is the best way to farm a ton of moon moths? Is there any method or just plant lune trees, and get chopping hoping for the chance 2 spawn instead of 1?

Applied Silviculture + monkey cannons 

iirc u can fit 5 (or 4) trees in front of each cannon and instantly chop all of them with one cannon ball.

get bearger to lunar, should be able to push it onto a boat through placing stuff on top of it similarly in comparison to toad

The lune trees on the lunar island itself naturally regrow at a pretty fast rate, you can just do your preferred chopping method there and not have to worry about catching a moth to replant!
