Wortox should be able to teleport to boats

Since there are more reasons to explore the seas of Constant
I thought it would be nice if Wortox could make teleport stations out of boats
so he could utilize his abilities in late game for grinding treasures hidden in distant areas of deep ocean

Though his teleportation should be always fixed to the middle of the boat to avoid accidental drowning when the boat is in motion

I think it would adda lot of flavor to Wortox's late game where his grindy telehops have to compete with glossamer saddled beefalos and other existing means of teleportation

The octovigi was implemented exactly for this reason for Wortox. Use it.
