It's 3D. however, once we settle them on the boat, they are not 3D anymore, they just looks really awkward. The texture of bumpers are stretched disproportionately and compressed in to a piece of paper. it could be just a mistake that no once notice it. may be you guys just upload a wrong file and no one noticed.
