Scanning Pseudoscience and Altar Recipes

Winona should be able to scan the pseudoscience and celestial altar recipes. I know this might sound overpowered, but it only is for possibly the early game. Winona still needs the ingredients to craft the items, and they happen to only be found around the pseudoscience station and celestial altar anyways. I think it would give her some actually reliable utility, and make Winona players think more about their options.

If it's too powerful, then pseudoscience and altar recipes can be locked behind the respective Mastery skills (Charlie will protect you and Cachebox mastery). This would actually make Winona players think even more about what to rush. Do they prefer being able to make the many utilities of the ruins, or the straight convenience and power of Glass Cutters and Glass Axes?
