First you have to click at the top where it says your username and avatar. It should display a list of options to choose from now. Click on account settings. Next you're taken to the settings page. There above the form there's a black field saying "settings area" click on it it will open some options, there is the button signature, it will take you to the place where you can set a text / add images.
