Toolshed Making Merms Work on their own independantly

Craftsmerms in range of the tool shed will automatically do multiple tasks without Wurt's input, like collecting grass, food, chopping trees, ect. It will make it more like a merm city, and give Wurt a niche in resource collecting over others.

HOWEVER, merms will take big breaks since they are not being payed. But, they will eat from the kelp pedastals that Wurt can already make during their break which will reduce their breaktime by a large amount. 

 

You can disable/enable them independantly working as any character by right clicking the toolshed as some might not want the merms to destroy their trees.

What do you think of this idea? It could be expanded to other jobs.

This is great idea as it gives a reason for people to use a communal feeder.

I agree, would actually give Wurt a cool resource collecting niche(passive income). This alone would honestly bring this skillset from 6/10 to 8/10 for me.

Yeah, the feeder is not nessisary either so its a little synergy.

The merms could gather around the feeders and do small talk?

Great idea!

I really like this idea. It adds a new depth to the skilltree without requiring tons of new content, so I think its more possible to do. It would mean building grass / twig farms near craftshuts, which could add to the city look.

It would be nice if it extended to watering and tending to crops too.
