Pearl house upgrade, the problem with cookie cutters

Basically finding or not cookie cutters its completly rng, even if salt formations had the treatment of monkey island, searching for them can be incredibly time consuming, just on the fact that salt formations can spawn just on the oposite edge of map from pearl.

I would like to propose a posible solution, that being making the pearl house upgrade cost shell bell fragments instead of cookie cutter shells, this way taking the trash out of her island would beome a 2 for 1, because that way you get shell bells for the house upgrade as well.

People might have a problem with the house costing shell bell fragments when pearl sells shell bells, to them i say, just make it so pearl doesnt sell you the bundle of thanks until you have built the first house upgrade.
