Woodie's skill tree

I dont see a reason, other than feeling cool on paper, to keep having the limitation of just 1 final perk for the forms. Only being able to chose 1 form's final perk limits the ammount of possible builds.

It makes sense for perk with similar power or utility so the design can be used for other skill tree but there is no point of making the player choose between useful and strong moose perk (that you reach by expending 3 points in 3 useful perks) VS goofy niche goose's teleport (that you reach by wasting 3 points when only 1 is trully useful)
