I keep seeing this meme, but I still don't understand the background of it, but with a dog it seems to make a bit more sense ^^ Also I literally read WX's quote in a monotonous beep boop beep like MEOWING sound. [I hope my brain remembered right and your WX is a cat? If not then my silly brain randomly saw Wes as a dog and WX as a cat here.]

i accidently made WX's snout too long and they look more dog-like than cat-like now

Turns out it did, heres a character I made originally for the Wigfrid x Wes ship, but now I'm attached to her and I'm making my own lil DST fan OC world. Basically, buncha time passed in the constant, generations later, blah blah blah boring stuff, theres now seperate groups of survivors, idk if I'm gonna go with just 2 groups or do 3- but so far I have ideas for 2 groups, one lives primarily in the caves and one lives primarily on the surface. This gal is from the cave group, I don't have any names for her nor the groups in this fan world I've made, but this is about what I got so far.

Despite being descended from 2 of the most annoying theater kids in the constant, her personality is more comparable to Maxwell in a way, and she doesn't like having a lot of attention, usually appearing as cold and emotionless to people who don't know her well. She's mute, but has a lot of battle expertise, and serves as the de facto second in command of the cave colony. Shes probably one of my favorite characters I've made for this fan world so far lol 

Cool I think that's among the first times I see a Don't Starve OC. [Look quite feral. ] Also with several generations and the world becoming more spare of resources it seems to make sense that "tripes" develop that seperate further and further from each other. [Cave vs surface is an excellent way to represent this. Technically I could suggest also adding another group for islands but I don't want you to change your stuff, it was just a random idea that came into my mind.]

and still my brain read WX as cat, so either I had an unconscious memory to another drawing or the snout is still counting as cat ^^

WX's biggest fear and most hated task....I bet they gotta literally drag them as they yell about how a superior robot such as themselves shouldn't need to do such "inferior tasks" lol

I know they hate water because it damages them but I also think them being so dramatic about everything is hilarious

ITS HIM!!! My favorite fella, my main, the mysterious Canadian I keep bothering Biddo to make a full length video about, WOODIE! I unintentionally made him kinda look like a squirrel but honestly it fits with his whole “at war with trees and the forest” thing going on.
Oh, and Walter and an AU I made where Walter gets a version of Woodie’s curse because why not I wanna see more interactions between these two, seeing asWoodie’s curse is part of why Walter got snatched into the constant in the first place. Also would give Walter different wereforms from Woodie in this AU just because it’d be a bit boring to make them the same imo. Also would be weird if Dog/Cat Walter had a pet dog so ig now he can become a hound-like wereform to make up for Woby not being there

This is supposed to be Woodie talking to Walter btw, I like how no one questions how Walter is just 100% fine with stalking some random guy he doesn’t know in the middle of the woods. Imagine when he goes back home and has to explain how he got into the constant.

Walter is the wooliest puppy just like I‘d imagined him to be in doggy form x3 Also yes it‘s always a bit weird to have the anthro-animal has pet-companion of the same species Goofy-Pluto thingie x3 Though if you felt like it you could maybe also specie-swap wobie or have her be a stuff-animal toy companion (or toy backpack companion) of some sort

whenever I am writing dialog for Woodly I get reminded Quebec exists and that Woodie probably knows some French and would probably understand what “mi amour” means 😔

I wanted the markings on his face to kinda resemble a maple leaf but thats not very noticable😔
