Sails needing to be damaged 3 times to be destroyed instead of instant

Title of the post is hard to explain, but basically allow sails to be hit 3 times (either by cannonballs, malbatross, ect) before getting destroyed.

Having 2 hits or less, they wont function. You can repair it using some of the required resources by clicking on it like the celestial portal. This will be good qol.

This actually sounds so cool, but make it more than 3, go 5 or 6, and also allow the sails to visibly show wear and tear, with torn “holes” much like how a boat can have multiple leaks. We can even get the Cloth Resource from Shipwrecked DLC to repair the sail with!

Yeah they can, but 5 or 6 is too much.

I wish we could deconstruct some things without staff. ]For now there's way around, we can just place 2nd anchor on 2nd boat to beat malbatross easily but it would be QoL thing if we could just turn mast back into mast kit or move some structures to realign them better in base. I'm not going to use deconstruction staff on them. Hammering them to get only half of what I used because I placed them wrong feels bad. 
About structures it would be nice if when hammered they would give 100% materials back if they were placed in last 60s ofc some exceptions. But ofc this would still fix only "Ohh i placed this slightly offset" issue.
