Looking for a type of mod to load 1 shard at a time

Sorry if this is a wrong place to ask this, but im looking for a mod similar to Don't starve alone but with a twist.

Basically, i want to play with 1 other individual but with the caves enabled.

Is there a mod that makes players do a voting system if they want to go to the caves? Or if they both select the cave entrance and it waits for everyone to be ready? My laptop is bad and i'd like to host a game where shards are loaded invidiually.
