The new tress should be able to be found from digging up Treasure from treasure maps and the new Ancient boats also Messages in a bottle as well should be all put in the loot pool. My reasoning is messages in a bottle are very rng and there is no easy way of farming them this way you at least have a more instinctive to kill the monkey raids and a easy way of obtaining them.
