Wurt update: allow Peace between Pig- and Mermkind. Love shall prevail!

I'd love for Klei to make an in-game homage to their cute Romeo & Juliet story, the one with the pig and the merm from Valentine's Day. For instance by allowing merms and pigs to form a truce. Just as the two lovers joined forces against a common enemy, so could all of Pig- and Mermkind. They just require a good mediator (which is Wurt, because I think she could put her animosity aside for the greater good)!

If this peace is achieved, Wurt could then for instance;

  • not get attacked by pigs
  • trade with the Pig king,
  • recruit some pigs and
  • allow recruited pigs to be somewhat buffed by the active Merm/Pig king truce!

Personally, I think someone like Wilba would have to be added first because Although they’ve been to be able to get along in isolation I feel as though for the same product to be produced on mass I feel like another pig leader would have to be friend Wurt a line would be drawn in the sand between those willing to put their prejudices aside following Wilba to be stronger together in those too stuck in their ways find the false King  pig king

That sounds rather complicated. If they ever intend of releasing Wilba, though, it would be even more fitting to have Wilba and Wurt make peace together.

If this is added, I think one of the requirements to unlock the perk would be to find the pig and merm skeletons in your world's cave. You'd have to do it every time you start a new game, so that it isn't quickly obtained and used to sweep the early game. It'd also give Wurt a unique goal, which I think the game needs more of.

I thought of another way this could work have you noticed how when scrappy wear pig is freed although bit territorial over the scrap, he’s not initially aggressive? so I’ve been thinking I think Daybreaker is getting less and less aggressive with each encounter I’ve also noticed Daybreaker craves power so why not help him get position of power by having them replace the false king i’m sure he’d be willing to put into the war and possibly even be able to teach his subjects how not to go completely feral in there were-state
