Trying to make my firstmod ever need some assistance please?

hello, ive never mad a mod before but im using  atutorial from youtube, it says i can move bits out of other mods into a new file but the character i got of steam workshop isnt actually showing up in my mod folder? it is in my game though? soooooo confused

Some mods won't show in my mod folder too for some reason.

some mods are for some reason appearing in the workshop/content/somenumber/ folder where they are sorted by their workshop IDs.

They should be contained in a directory like C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\322330
