Make Wonkey a normal character - like Wurt but for pirate monkeys

Monkey raids are what makes me da monke, so I won't complain about them. Just eat the banana, chill out in a tree, and say "ooh ooh" every once in awhile. Life is good when monke

i've never got a raid when just doing CC questline
