How to get rid of this effect that makes my items drop

I was playing hamlet and I entered an ancient ruin to loot. But when got out I realized I was with this strange effect that blurs my screen and hits my character every couple of seconds, making random items from my inventory to drop.

I got no idea what is it and how to get rid of this effect. I already tried to cure with anti-poison, but it didn’t work.
