Local servers crashing after 3-4 days

Hey,

Me and my friends have a problem which has been persisting for almost a year. Every time we get to 3rd or 4th day, the server crashes after the morning save. Literally every single time with every server we create. 

Its frustrating because we cant play at all. I dont know where the problem is, but it seems like it is on my side, since if i havent played on a certain server, it doesnt seem to happen. I tried reinstalling the game, checking the files on steam and reinstalling drivers, but it keeps happening.

Does anyone know how to resolve this please? I would love to play the game again, but I literally cant.

Side note, it happens with and without mods.
