Help with a lost world

After I brought my beta worlds to the main branch, two of the worlds from my main world list were bugged, one displayed "1" day and the other did not even have a character, after I deleted them I realized that my 1000 days world was gone too, does anyone have a way to help with that?

additional info.:

• I changed the name of the files before porting them over.
• One really old(~2022?) world came back from the dead (from even before wormwood had his skill tree).
• I believe that somehow the world got overwritten, but I really lost overall.
