It has the same effect as the Beefalo Grooming Station, allowing players to take action without Beefalo involvement, which could avoid a lot of unnecessary trouble.

A lot of times, players just use their beefalo as a vehicle, and when they arrive at their destination, they should be provided with a parking space instead of leaving your car and key in the ground or even driving it to a hotel.

I think it's reasonable, more comfortable, and technically not difficult to achieve.

Just like this (pretending it's a beefalo)

I get the idea, though I'm unsure how this'd mesh well with how you also right click on a Beefalo to mount it.
May I suggest that the Beefalo Bell be tweaked to accustom for this change?
Perhaps, instead of the "Break Bond" action, it could give a new command for your beefalo to sit down. Now, you could Break Bonds by clicking on the Beefalo with the bell (the same way you bond them in the first place).

I had a similar idea to yours where you could "shoo" your Beefalo with the bell, which'd cause it to run off screen and get unloaded until you call it back. Now I can see that this gives a little too much control over the beefalo and would likely make it a "get out of jail free" card. So in that aspect, allowing it to sit would be good enough.
