Tamed beefalos should have shorter tether and recognize "personal space"

In long term worlds a tamed beefalo is a necessity

but with that necessity come annoyances like:
-Beefalo running right into your face for no reason
-Beefalo walking far away from dropped bell

It's infuriating especially when you are working with crockpots and chest or want to keep your beef out of trouble
so I think that shorter tether for dropped bells and "personal space" hitbox that prevents beefalo from sprinting into you
would be very nice
