Wobot repair feels like it is too late in the game

Perhaps this has been talked about somewhere else before but I could not find it.

As of now, wobot is repaired with the Auto-Mat-O-Chanic, which is a post luna rift repair kit for warbis armor as well as the wobot now. However, a lot of bases are very messy at the start of a world and naturally become more clean the longer it goes on (some person will start cleaning base eventually..) 

When the wobot can be repaired to help with collecting, things like lazy foragers are also usually at hand already, making wobot a bit less useful as well.

I do see wobots value as a late game mega base cleaner, but it would be nice if perhaps the scrappy werepig could already drop the blueprint for the Auto-Mat-O-Chanic? Or perhaps he just drops one Auto-Mat-O-Chanic so each time scrappy werepig is fought, wobot can get repaired again, making fighting him a bit more worthwhile as well.

Alternatively, perhaps wobot could be repaired by just using scrap at a worse conversion rate than the Auto-Mat-O-Chanic? Like at 25% per scrap instead of the 100% per scrap and electrical doodad that the Auto-Mat-O-Chanic offers. This way he could still help players who like to fight the scrappy werepig but are lazy with picking things up and so on.

This would be great. I was surprised that it couldn't just be repaired with scrap, though it also is strange that it needs to be repaired in the first place. In comparison, you don't need to feed Chester.

If they made so the scrappy werepig is only available after killing the nightmare werepig, it would make the item even less valuable without a proper repair since some players would probably have a lazy forager by that point in the game.

Yeah, making it post-riff seems kinda weird.

 

Bases are the most messy pre-riff.
