Communication issues

I play on Nintendo switch and I have communication issues and this happens frequently, I play as wormwood and it often hang around my teammates, but often I go on very low hp I tried asking my teammates for fertilizers, but I just motions, but they don’t seem to understand me, there should be an option to have a prebuilt selection of what you can say, for example, I can hit ask and then hit another button for asking for another item so I can ask for manure fertilizer literally anything making it easier to communicate
