Jakepeng99
This is part of a larger topic since followers would be more interesting if they had greater utility, so here is a slice of it and some ideas. (Merms, pigmen and bunnymen) Starting simple, followers may automatically use the fire pump to put out dangerous fires. (Spider's can too by jumping on them) Another interaction could be giving them oars. They will paddle in the direction you are paddling (though somewhat clumsly ) A new item, the conch whistle can command followers to either pull up sails, or pull them down. Followers except guard merms will panic when you blow it, but will still end up pulling them down. (Spider's can too by climing up to pull them down) What do you think? Anything else they could do? Make sure to stay with the follower design of being clumsy. DownloadADuck
Merms should be the best follower for these tasks Maybe they could just do the actions faster/more efficiently or have other unique interactions as well Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/153578-more-follower-interactions-assisting-in-sailing-boats/#findComment-1691640 Share on other sites
