Compiler or Spriter not working as intended?

I have been trying to make a mod that adds a use for stingers in summoning a mini-boss. The compiler doesn't want to work and I think its because the spriter is not giving me a file that I should have or something. Attached are the files that I have for the mini-bosses assets, and this is the error that I am getting from the zipanim.py, yes I have tried using the autocompiler.exe but it doesn't seem to do anything.
