cd indicator should be moved

The cd indicator is a MUST if we are going to have cd, but it needs to be more easily visible.  I think it should appear above or next to the inventory so we don't have to go manipulating embers just to see how long until we can cast again.

Also the cd are still bad.  If we're limited by embers, then limit embers.  This double - gating is excessive.

And I will add, once again: if embers are limited, then the cost for pretty much all the spells should be reduced, and maybe the restriction of what burning mobs drop embers should be lifted; these affinity spells aren't the only spells Willow can use, you know.
