Result - goat spawn is I think every day x 0.25 drop rate = 1 horn every 4 days.

Remember that this is only a thing that works if you find a goat that is spawned in through tracks.  and not through the standard goat herd spawn mechanics.

This is because the way the code works for goat herds it checks for a goat thats not attached to a herd and creates a herd there.

afterwards goats always spawn attached to a herd.
