The sfx showing Willow has the buff could be upgraded, it is a small indicator and you can forget it is on or not. maybe she looks on fire like bernie with the fire perk. Super sayan. 2. It is tedious to have to re cast while keeping enemies on fire at the same time. Maybe after initially activating the skill, enemies in a small radius around her are set on fire for a bit. 3.
