Suggestion: buffing the Shield of Terror to match the Battle Rond

So the new Beta introduced the Battle Rond, which is a shield-type weapon capable of blocking attacks. The Shield of Terror, being a shield as well, cannot block attacks, has relatively inferior stats, and is dropped from a difficult boss (which is commonly defeated later in the game). It seems that the only advantage for the Shield of Terror is that it being equippable for all characters. To be honest I don't really see the point of the current version of Shield of Terror, and I'd suggest buffing it to match the efforts of obtaining it, either by buffing its stats to at least match the Battle Rond, or by enabling it to block as well. Or just simply give it invincible dashes, similar to Wheeler's dashes in DS and the shield's Terraria counterpart.
