WANDA SKILL TREE!?!?! (Great idea for one perk the devs could add)

I have an amazing idea (at least in my opinion) for Wanda's skill tree. Wanda can craft this watch called the Rift watch. It is an upgraded version of the Backtrack watch. The Backtrack watch (not to be confused with the Rift watch) allows you to place a beacon and teleport to that beacon at anytime. however only Wanda can use it. The Rift watch, however, functions the same as the backtrack watch, except it opens a temporary worm hole that every survivor can use.

Here is where my idea comes in. What if Wanda could upgrade the Rift watch one more time at the ancient science station in the Ruins (albeit, for a very high price that only can be aquarium end game). This would allow her to create a permanent worm hole that all the survivors could use.

Once again, this watch should be very end game. If this does not wort for some people, I hope you could add an alternative for Wanda that the other survivors could use to teleport to, permanently. Please add this as this would be very useful for megabasing.

IF THIS CAN'T BE ADDED, PLEASE ADD AN ALTERNATIVE FOR ANOTHER CHARACTER LIKE WORTOX (LIKE WORTOX CAN OPEN A PERMANENT RIFT IN SPACE FOR ALL SURVIVORS TO USE)

However, this wouldn't be just useful for multiplayer, as Wanda could use it as rift watch except with no cool down (which may sound too op but then you realise that there is the downside of that you can not use it anywhere as you have to be by the wormhole. Since it is really expensive, there should be no health, hunger, or sanity penalties. I mean, just think of being able to teleport to all the different sections of your base in a click and being able to provide that use to your friends as well. At least, no one will be complaining about you taking all the macktuscks. (however I play solo so idk)
