Game can't find assets since the update when combining mods

I have been trying to combine mods for personal use to reduce the number of mods running on my game. Before the latest big update this worked, however now i get error screens or straight crash when loading to test them. The Farmer's Market mod I was trying a new way to add in the modmains of other mods, however that hasn't been what's causing the issue as I'm having the same problem no matter the mods I put together. I've gotten errors related to the prefab being missing, both kinds of image files, and errors related to parts of the code. As far as I have been able to tell everything is correct as I have taken it exactly as it was from the original mods, so at this point I am at a loss as to fixing this. Has anyone else had the same issue with true modding?
