Just updated dedi server, now crashes on startup without writing to log

Had to time a Print Screen to even get the error. This happened on first boot after the last update with no changes to config or save files. Just updated through Steam is all (specifically both the client and "Tools" dedicated server). Redid a blank server from scratch using the same guide as previous here, no change in startup erroring the same and closing out without writing to log. Again, a blank server with the downloaded and unzipped files, so no overrides, setting changes from default, etc., as well as a server that had worked the day before without changing anything from before the update.

Edit: I figured it out. Had to add the dedicated server to ignored on my antivirus ransomware protection.
