Wagstaff's Whereabouts

As of Host of Horrors, we not only have confirmation of what state Wagstaff is in, we also know exactly WHERE he is, from the Ending of the short.

He's back in his/Wilson's house. The window's distinct shape leaves little room for doubt. 

This raises many questions.

1) What happened in the first portal? Wagstaff fell into the Portal in Winowna's short, but appears perfectly fine, in a previously established real-world location here

2) I thought the house belonged to Wilson? Did it get reclaimed or does Wagstaff owe Wilson rent?

3) What is the Timeline of Wagstaff & Wilson? I always thought Wilson was the last survivor to be brought to the constant,

4) Did Wilson read any of Wagstaff's Notes? WX-78's Schematics were located in an old trunk which was presumably in the house when Wilson owned it.

Wagstaff reclaimed the house i mean wilson has no use for it now

Wilson is either really bad at finding cool stuff or wagstaff just brought over his stuff after reclaiming the house or if he read it I'm sure he would have some questions about wx

I think Wagstaff must've had some kind of "fail safe device" made before being pulled into the portal which would teleport him back in case he faced near death. It's just a theory, but it would explain why he's so fearless and the distortion at low hp. Or maybe Charlie /kicked Wagstaff when she bacame queen, who knows.

Wagstaff's house was put for auction and Wilson bought it years later. After Wilson's disappearance in 1921, Wagstaff just went back there since he's got no other place to go.

Wagstaff was kidnapped in 1919 and Wilson 1921.
Fun fact: Wilson was Maxwell's last victim, but it seems llike Walter was the last to arrive since the moon is already broken in his short!

The notes might have been so complicated that Wilson couldn't understand them and ended up forgetting about them. We're talking about the guy who found a real human skeleton under the floorboards and hanged it on the wall!
