Charlie in game

I was playing DST with a random spawner mod that spawns random things within the screen, and then Charlie spawned. She cannot be attacked or interacted with in any way, she does not receive damage (she was hit by a deerclops that spawned nearby), and some screams were heard in the background. If I'm not mistaken, Charlie does not appear in this form in the game. If anything, I've already played with this mod and a couple of times it spawned Wilson with Wanda's animations and a meat dummy (or whatever that thing is called), which shows the damage that is dealt to him.

She does appear when you fix the portal in the fuelweaver arena.
