Are your maps always HUGE no matter the configurations?

Hi guys, how are you?

I noticed in the last 3 months that no matter the config I choose, my map is always SO HUGE, no… SERIOUSLY, I had to paddle for half an hour just to get to Pearl, I also noticed that the maps are not as easy to find the lunar island as before

Are you guys also facing this issue? I usually play solo and it hurts me so bad to spend days just to find anything in the oceans

I'm not sure if it's related - but are you on a 32 bit operating system? I know that if you were generating a world on a 32 bit machine it would always use the same seed, Jesse released a hotfix last night I think? Try and gen a world and see if it's made any difference.
