Ice Crystileyezer - Needs some slight tweak/buff

So this is what I thought the range would be of the Ice Crystileyezer compared to the flingomatic, however after doing some testing with the range, items were still burning up in summer inside this blue range. I know when placing the ice eye, the range appears a bit smaller, but I think this blue line range should be the default range of the ice eye since it is very cold and can freeze players easily if this is to close. I feel this is the long awaited upgraded version of the ice flingo that prevents wildfires, which would be huge cause then we can use these very expensive things to cover the land and use trees to cover the water for fire protection. 

 

One small thing, the Eye should shoot eye-icicles at things that are on fire just like a flingo would do, that way if a fire does break out, it can still be put out with this upgrades flingo.

Eye shoots ice to stop fires in range
