Any chance to make all participants of the fight receive the blueprint?

I don't like the fighting with others for blueprint. 

I don't like giving up the blueprint.

I don't like being only one with it while others who did as much work as me are left out.

Also this would encourage others to come and help you since they would get rewarded too.

I personally prefer to use roll the dice. That way its fair for everyone that participated.
