UDP query not working

So, I want to use gamedig to fetch the game server status but I cannot get it to work and I can confirm that the problem is not on the gamedig side. I can get the status of other dst servers just fine with gamedig.

I am really clueless at this point as to why it is not working. All I know is it seems to be my server configuration. The servers i was able to get status from had port 12346 or 12348 open and on my server the following ports are open which i have ALL tried with all available external ips

Can anyone help?
