A Walter slingshot mod request

So I have no skill in modding and I figured there would be no harm in asking but could someone make a mod make Walter's slingshot fire 25% slower than the default attack speed? I just want to seen if that would be a balanced fire rate for it.

Thanks for the mod I do really appreciate it though I realized I wrote what I was asking for wrong I meant 25% slower than melee weapon attack speed not the slingshots attack speed.

At least that's what I'd assume it would be I was told by a friend the slingshot's attack speed was 50% slower than melee attack speed so I wanted to see how it would be at 25% slower than a melee weapon instead.

Oh, I see. I've added a configuration option so you can edit the speed to your liking.
