The inner part has lots of gelatin and will melt in the mouth, has both the flavor of fish meat and great smooth texture. So Fish Heads on a Stick should grant 5 sanity instead of only 1. Btw Wickerbottom is the Fish Heads on a Stick of DST. Because I love both Wicker and Fish Heads.
