For Don't Starve, Im interested in opinions on different combination of settings and mods for best balance and satisfying gameplay (even combinations of extreme settings that balance each other out to make good replayability), from those with longterm experience trying different configurations....

For example, Im wondering about types like:

Max Stacks
Picky Picky / Fast Collection
Evergreen Chops On 3

Where's My Beefalo

Backpack And Amulet Slots
etc...
