celestial champion can go over water in its third phase

as the title of this post suggests, the- in my opinion, worst boss in the game can hover over water in its third phase, causing 1 of its attacks to simply not work and for everything it drops to fall in the water.
oh and if you dont have a boat and a wanda (whos willing to die several times) with an alarming clock or blowdarts have fun trying to hit the thing
another issue caused by this is that if you die NEAR the floating torture device, it will block you from retrieving your stuff
please god make it so it cant go over the water
