Weremoose's charging supposed not be hit friend's Beefalos?

As title, while I transform into weremoose, and my Bell was in my bag, and when I accidentally charge into my beefalo, he lost his health (and about 30% domestic) and therefore tried to attack me while he was wearing saddle and, ah yes, fully tamed already. That was so frustrating and very disappointing. I think this needed to be fixing because following beefalos supposed to be our allies and be immune by our attacks unless we force it.
