Because on PS4 I went from not being able to she skins, to out of nowhere being able to over like a week. This just happened like a week or two ago. I can't seem to find the patchnotes regarding console offline (Or PC) skin support. Why did we suddenly get it? I've been wanting this question answered for awhile so if somebody could answer it (Especially for console offline skin support) I would really appreciate it. Thanks. Then the next night (Offline) it was working. Thank you for your help by the way.
