Mod Help, Char to Char interactions

Hello! Ntmy :')
Im new in the world of "Mod Making"
a friend and I are trying to make our characters in the game, neither of us have any idea how anything works and we are following tutorials on yt and here on the forums. I just wanted to clear up a doubt, because I can't find it anywhere...
I would like to know if there is a way to make the characters interacts each other with custom dialogues individually... like... I have to make my char and his char have different interactions than the other characters.
Is it possible to do it in a "vanilla" way (which I doubt) or if not, do you know of a way, or a tutorial that I can follow to guide me?
