(SOLVED) Game not working with my custom item.

Hello! I've made a custom item (that also is in his starting inventory) for my character but when I try to continue as the character, the inventory picture doesn't show up and I get a error screen.

  

I'm not sure what I've done wrong, can someone please help me out? I'd really appreciate it thank you!

 

UPDATE: Okay I tried to spawn in the item, (i removed it from the starting inventory so I could at least start the game) But it doesn't show up! Nothing at all.

also when I was following tutorials they didn't say whether to put the stuff in the modmain.lua or the customitem,lua file so I just put it in both and hoped it would work lol

Have you included your custom item in the Prefab_Files table in modmain.lua?

I'm going to be honest with you. I don't really know what a prefab_files table is, is that just the folder? Or how to include my custom item in the modmain.lua

 

The custom item has it's own mod main Lua but should I combine that with my characters' mod main Lua or something? Sorry this is like my first time modding
