Care package mechanics

So currently some of the resources are not obtainable from the care packages and some are but only after the resource has been gathered or manufactured in a specific amount. 

I thought of an addition that would add some variety to the playthroughs and allow players to make the game a little more demanding. 

We already can turn on/off the care packages when starting a new game but what if we had an option to make resources available in the care packages only after they've been analyzed (in the printing pod itself or a new building). The analysis would require some amount of the material to be consumed by the building in order to learn it's molecular structure and allow it to recreate the resource when the printables are available. If nothing was ever scanned the printing pod would show 4 duplicant variants.

Of course some high value late game materials that can be manufactured should not be possible to be scanned and recreated this way if it was not already possible in the current state of the game or the amount needed to analyze the material should be way higher / the amount printed way lower.

I can see a downside of this - players could abuse it to scan only resources they know they will need or lack in the future but it's already possible to reroll care packages using mods and this would be optional pre-game setting so players would have possibility to decide for themselves.
